We are pleased to be able to offer a great opportunity for someone to join our fast paced HR Department as an HR Advisor.
You will be responsible for delivery of a full range of human resource services including, but not limited to, advising our wide range of clients on the various issues they encounter including absenteeism, performance management and disciplinary and grievance matters. You will use best practice and ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures and employment legislation.A sound knowledge of Employment Law and relevant experience in the field is essential whilst the ability to competently deliver training is desirable.
The role will be mainly office based, although you will be required to travel to client sites from time to time to attend or conduct meetings. As such, the successful candidate will need to have a full driving licence and access to their own vehicle.
Hours of work will be 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Salary is negotiable and dependant on experience.
